Concept
The beginning stage of any mould is very critical and this is
the maximum time where we take inputs from our customer about his
views and imagination of the product and put our creative minds
at work. During this stage we get application & functionality
of the product virtually.

2D Designing and 3D Modeling
During this stage we put our virtual ideas on the paper to give
proper shape to the product considering manufacturing aspects.
After 2D designing we
create the end product before manufacturing with help of CAD/CAM
software. In this we can decide physical appearance, strength and
other parameters of the product. After completing the product design
we carry out the mould flow analysis for the product to see that
the core and cavity are uniformly filled. After this we carry the
detail & final design of the product by extracting core &
cavity with help of various softwares. This is the end of the design
process.

Laser Sintering
This is the main and most important step in the process of making
a mould. With the help of our technology we can manufacture critical
and complex tools/ inserts/ parts overnight, usually which can't
be possible to manufacture conventionally. In this stage we build
the material layer by layer and with the help of Laser, sinter it
at a very high temperature. 75 % of the manufacturing time is saved
as compared to conventional techniques. An accuracy of less than
20 microns is always maintained while building the material. Inserts/
Cores / Cavities / Tools are mainly manufactured with the help of
this technology.

CNC Machining
With the help of Vertical Machining Centre & superior quality
cutting equipments we get accurate & precise machining. In this
machine we can perform 2D & 3D profile machining as per the
CAD data. This is also accurate, precise & faster method for
mould making.

Assembly
All machined parts from different machines are gathered at a
place to become an integrated part. At assembly stage all parts
are inspected personally by our engineers as per the CAD design
data to avoid delay at the time of production.

Production
Once the complete mould is assembled it is now ready for first sampling.
Injection moulded parts are manufactured and supplied to the customer.
In this way we provide complete solutions to our customer right
from designing to manufacturing.
